James is able to join Todd and myself and tackle YOUR questions. Our first question came from a listener wanting to know if he is going to be able to fix his ‘flat’ (under-carbonated) beer. Thankfully, for him, we have the carbonation pro – Mr. Todd Burns – to reassure our friend that there is nothing to worry about.
After that, we take a question from a homebrewer who wants to know if it’s OK to cold condition his fermenting buckets outside. The question was short and sweet and the answer was too (until I dragged it out because I love adding nuance to listener questions!).
