On Today’s Show:

We’re back to tackle your questions about brewing and all things fermentation! We start off discussing the consequences of cold-crash suck back that sometimes happens from your airlock into your batch.

Then we take a question from a listener curious about when is the ideal time to filter your beer: pre-carbonation or post-carbonation.

After that, we talk about oxidation and if it’s possible to happen from carrying your fermenter from one place to another. There’s a lot of nuance and context necessary but the overall gist is – relax, don’t worry!

Then we wrap up this week with a question about secondary and “how long is too long”.

We want to hear from you!

If you have a question that you’d like us to discuss on a future episode, please click on the “Submit a Question” link at the top of our website or you can now call in your questions via our questions hotline @ 325-305-6107 and leave your message after the beep.
