Discussing the German Reinheitsgebot and a question on modding the Mash & Boil — Ep. 135

What’s going on, Homebrewer?!

– We thank you for tuning in to our homebrew podcast –

We are the Homebrew Happy Hour, the podcast where we answer YOUR homebrewing questions and we discuss all things related to craft beer!

On Today’s Show:

School is out for most kiddos so that means vacations are starting to take place. Specifically, Todd’s kids are out of school so he took off with his family to Hawaii for a lovely two week vacation where he’s been sending us lots of pics and describing the delicious beers he is enjoying. I haven’t been jealous at all (I’m lying). With Todd gone, that means you have the pleasure of listening to me ask James for his help as we tackle your questions on this week’s episode including a question on the German purity law for beer as well as a question about how James modded our in-house Mash & Boil unit. It worked out great because the questions on today’s show are right up James’s alley and we ended up having a real fun time!

We want to hear from you!

If you have a question that you’d like us to discuss on a future episode, please click on the “Submit a Question” link at the top of our website or you can now call in your questions via our questions hotline @ 325-305-6107 and leave your message after the beep. This is a friendly reminder that, if we choose your question for a future episode, we give you a $25 gift card to that episode’s sponsor!
